Temporary employment agency
for manufacturing and logistics
Back2Work is a temporary employment agency entered in the KRAZ register of employment agencies (no. 31286). We supply workers to production plants and warehouses, while contracts, payroll and formalities stay on our side. The average time to fill positions is 7 days.
Employment agency listed in the KRAZ register, no. 31286.
Temporary work means that the agency employs the worker and assigns them to your company, while you organise their work and supervise how it is done. You do not run recruitment, you do not sign contracts with candidates and you do not handle their payroll. This lets your team grow and shrink with your orders, without permanent commitments.
We work with a database of 20,000 specialist CVs and have completed 1,500 recruitment projects. We look for temporary workers in our own database, through job advertisements and through referrals, and before assigning anyone to work we verify qualifications, experience and the completeness of documents. Every project is run by a dedicated coordinator who stays in constant contact with you and with the workers. We serve companies throughout Poland.
What you get with a temporary work service
- 01
Selecting workers for the position
We search our own database, job advertisements and referrals. We check qualifications, experience and documents before anyone arrives at your plant.
- 02
Employment and formalities on our side
As the agency, we are the employer of temporary workers: we sign contracts with them and handle their payroll. The obligations of the user employer stay on your side, including safe working conditions and working time records. Where foreigners work on the project, we also coordinate the formalities related to their stay and work.
- 03
Accommodation for out-of-town workers
We provide accommodation near the plant for all workers relocated from other towns. Transport is arranged where needed.
- 04
A dedicated project coordinator
One person is responsible for how the cooperation runs on our side and stays in constant contact with you and with the workers. The coordinator also responds to workers' health, family and work-related situations, which reduces turnover.
- 05
A flexible number of workers
We increase or reduce the number of people in your positions depending on orders. If a worker resigns, we take action to provide a replacement as quickly as possible, in line with the terms of cooperation.
When temporary work makes sense
Order growth and seasonal peaks
A warehouse or production line needs a dozen or several dozen people for a few months. We fill the positions from our database, and after the season you reduce the team without layoffs.
A sudden shortage of people on the line
Absences or departures threaten a stoppage. We fill the gaps from our own database, and in one production project we covered a shortage of 15 people this way without any downtime.
A new contract, a new shift
You are opening a second shift or taking on a new order and do not want to hire permanently before the volume stabilises.
No HR time or resources for mass recruitment
Your HR department has no spare capacity to go through hundreds of applications and organise documents. We take over this stage entirely.
The entire process, handled by us
Recruitment
We reach candidates through our own database, job ads and referrals.
Verification
We verify qualifications, experience and the completeness of the documents required for employment.
Legalisation
We coordinate the work legalisation process and prepare the necessary documentation in line with applicable regulations.
Accommodation
We arrange accommodation close to the plant.
Coordinator
A dedicated coordinator supports employees and the client, oversees work organisation and responds to ongoing operational needs.
Example from practice

Rising orders, a shortage of 210 warehouse workers
A logistics client needed 210 warehouse workers due to a rise in the number of orders. We carried out recruitment, arranged accommodation and set up project coordination. The first employees started work within a few days, which allowed the client to maintain operational continuity.
Frequently asked questions
Temporary work is a form of employment in which a temporary employment agency employs a worker and assigns them to perform work for another employer, called the user employer. The worker performs tasks in your company and under your direction, but the contract, payroll and employment formalities are handled by the agency.
A temporary worker is employed by the temporary employment agency, not by the company where they work. The company using their work, as the user employer, assigns tasks and checks how they are performed, provides safe and hygienic working conditions and keeps working time records. With us, Back2Work takes on recruitment, contracts and the administration of workers.
Yes, the same worker may work for one user employer for a total of 18 months within 36 consecutive months. The limit extends to 36 months when the temporary worker replaces an absent employee hired directly by the user employer. When planning staffing, it is worth taking this limit into account from the very start of cooperation.
The average time to fill positions in our projects is 7 days, and in many projects the first people start work within a few days. The pace depends on the number of people, the requirements of the position and the location. We agree on timelines at the needs analysis stage, before the contract is signed.
The cost depends on the position, the number of workers, the duration of cooperation and the scope of services, so we prepare quotes individually. After a needs analysis you receive an offer with clear terms of cooperation. You can request a free quote by filling in the form or by calling +48 515 682 163.
